Training run (12 mile)

…and still sore 3 days post run.

But the Rock N Roll Vancouver is at the end of the month!

And the run was quite beautiful. We started on the Portland Waterfront, ran the Eastbank Esplanade and then headed down the Springwater Corridor.

Took it nice and easy… Luckily, I never crashed the way I’ve been doing lately on long runs. I took more energy shots than usual, which worked.
